Question / Help PLZZZZ HELP

ok so i have a mac and I want to use obs for youtube. NOT streaming just screen record videos while im reacting to it.for some reason obs is fine when im recording but once i quit it lags when i play the video. which setting are good for the mac when recording. i have a logitech c922
