I am pretty new to streaming and so dont have partnership with twitch ,but i feel that i can up my bitrate, output resolution ,maybe even fps.So i need yours opinions and advices what can i up with no partnership without any problems to my potential viewers)

I will be very grateful to read yours advices, thanks))

Stream at 720p and 60 FPS (increase resolution and/or FPS if you still have a bit of CPU left). Use x264 for your encoder. Open the advanced tab, go to streaming and change your bitrate to 3340 (make sure you use CBR), keyframe interval to 2, and profile to high. Use 160 for your audio. 3340 and 160 adds up to 3500 which is perfect!

Next, go to the video tab and set your resolution and FPS here. For your downscale filter, I would use Lanczos because this is the best quality and there is negligible performance loss.
