Plugins doesn't show up at all

Hey there
I am using OBS since years now with some plugins like the Transition Override Matrix, NDI, Websockets, Elgato Remote and others.
But every new Plugin I tried to install recently doesn't show up in the Tools. Why is that?
I can see the data correctly showing up in my plugin-files in the obs-studio folder, but neither Tuna, nor the new Transition table, nor any other plugin I install will show up.

Have you read the release notes?
Latest releases are aim to OBS 28.

What do you mean?
Transition Table for example is made for 27 but now in the newest version ALSO compatible to 28, so it should show up in 27 also, shouldn't it?
