Plugin showing in log viewer but not in obs-plugins folder?

Hi,

I installed a plugin sometime last year that allowed me to stream to multiple outputs. I'd like to remove that plugin now, but the problem I'm running into is that I can't find the plugin in the obs-plugins folder within program files. The plugin still shows up in log viewer. Any help? I can post the log if needed.
