Plugin Manager?

is there any possibility of something like a plugin manager in the future? while the idea of adding/removing plugins through it would be nice, my primary desire would be the ability to enable/disable plugins inside of obs itself. other nice features would be able to save/load plugin profiles/bundles.

It would also be nice to have a compact list of descriptions, to make it easy (or at least easiER) to search by function instead of by name. The automatic thread per plugin here on the site is awesome too, so maybe have a link to each thread and even scrape it to produce what the manager shows, but the site is kinda clunky if I'm looking for a tool to solve a specific problem.

Plugin Manager is in development, they say.

I suggested this as heleruntil manager is done https://ideas.obsproject.com/posts/2060/simple-replacement-for-plugin-manager but it seems they refuse it.
