Plugin Manager Guide?

Am looking for instructions on how to use the OBS 32 Plugin Manager?
I have two plugins not installing, but some of the Plugin manager is greyed out.
Also want to document myself (or point to a guide) for installing plugins with this new manager.

Tried posting this question under Plugins, but my account here says insufficient privileges??

The new manager have really basic functionality.
For now you can only see the active plugins and a way to deactivate them in case of issues. In future iterations will have more complex features like checking for updates.

If I had working plugins before that are now failing to load with OBS v32.0.1 - what am I supposed to do? Wait for the next version of OBS with a better plugin manager feature? Must be missing something here.

You have to verify on each particular plugin page for updates. This is how was done until now. And this was the point on creating a plugin manager.
So, until the plugin manager get more advanced features you have to do exactly what was done up to this very day.

Reading your response to mean, for example the Source Copy plugin won't load in 32.0.1 So, I can't use Source Copy with it until an updated version of Source Copy is created.
So I don't do "exactly what was done up to this very day"? Today it doesn't work anymore.

You can always reinstall a previous version of OBS where this plugins work.
Common sense.

Ok thanks for the help. Didn't have latest version of Source Copy installed, and now it works. I get it now.

The plugin manager is pretty bare bones right now but I agree it does need a guide. I will create one on the knowledge base and update here with the link when I do.
