Plugin Manager ？

I tried to use a lot of plugins to enhance the functionality of obs.
But some of these plugins often cause crashes
So I want to have a plugin manager to easy to install/uninstall/update and find all plugins in the forum.
Is this executable ？
If I want to start making it myself, where do I start getting started?
