Question / Help Plugin Button Missing?

It's probably an easy fix, but I can't find info anywhere.

On the bottom right I should have a 'plugin' button?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS.

It says it's version 19.0.3, but I suspect I have the 'classic' version of 19.0.3 or something?

OBS studio has no plugin button, you're not missing anything. Plugins are loaded when OBS is launched, follow the plugin's install directions to install it.
