I am trying to use a plug in with OBS (Tal Reverb 4). It hadn’t been working. I looked through this forum and found some ideas, none of which worked. So I email Tal support.
The plug in shows up in menus (audio input> settings> filters> select Tal Reverb). I select it, and it seems that it should be working (like on the youtube videos I’ve seen and such). All in all it seems proper steps have been taken to activate plug in, but the effect of the plug in simply does not come through.
Tal Software responded to me that “the plugin only works on stereo channels”. That is the extent of the response.
I know what stereo is and all.. but is it that ‘stereo’ needs to be enabled in OBS? On my audio interface? On my Mac? Not really sure what to do here., or if there is anything I can do.
Running Catalina 10.15.7 if that matters
Any thoughts?
