Question / Help PLS help with blurry stream during high motion

I've been trying to stream Apex Legends somewhat consistently but I cant seem to get consistent quality. During normal sprinting the grass and foliage is so blurry, I've tried Nvenc, New Nvenc, x264 etc I just cant get great quality without pixelation. Pls any tips or suggestions would be great.
10mb/s upload speed CPU: i5-8600k GPU: GTX 1070 TI RAM: 16GB 3000mhz
