Question / Help PLs help obs settings [NO LAG]

Hello i need some help with obs studio 20.1.3... I want to record csgo, minecraft and more but when i start recording i have like 5 fps in minecraft and i need some help to have 1080p and 60 fps if you can
So this is my pc spec;
:INTEL CORE I5-7400
:DDR4 8 GB
HDD 1TB
;Nvidia 1050 2gb
