RAM: 4GB
Graphic's Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 - Nvidia Geforce GT 720M (they are two cards shown in device manager

can i stream heartstone with this config on twitch using OBS and how good the stream will be if some one can answer to me ill be thankful

i could have tried it but there is no option for testing or setting i3 generation procesor all the other specs looks nice

Maybe you can try with AMD FX Quad Core or similar.

If your monitor is 1080, scale to 720 and set FPS to 25.
