CPU G4400@ 3.30GHz
operating system windows 10 Pro 64 bit intel core i5
GTX 750 Ti

What??how not mp4??.
When I record with 1080p the video has small drop fps

Because you're overloading your system.
Pentium processors are low end (the G4400 processor isn't an i5), and the GTX 750ti is really starting to show its age.
