Question / Help Please reply if you successfully use De-interlacing

I have tried to get the latest OBS in use but just can't get it to de-interlace my video. Has anyone been successful in doing so?

No deinterlacing settings will work.

My setup:
Panasonic He-130's at 1080i60 --> BMD ATEM switcher --> Ultra Studio Mini thunderbolt --> OBS

Sorry, put this in Windows by mistake, I am using a mac.
