Please remove GT740M from the NVENC Blocklist

Hello,
i've update my OBS Studio v22 to v23/24/25 and found that NVENC encoder didn't show up at Sony VAIO notebook with GT740M
i also have a Microsoft Surface Book with dGPU(940MX) that has no NVENC too
then i saw this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/obs/comments/b8ydxm/help_nvenc_not_showing_up_anymore_in_settings/ek1azx8/
realize that maybe GT740M is also landed on the blocklist
i downgrade to v22 and start a stream to capture the log(attach file) to prove that GT740M can run NVENC properly

please remove GT740M from the NVENC blocklist, thanks
