Please Point Me In The Right Direction

My wife is getting into streaming from her laptop. She's having serious framedrops and buffering on her stream. I've identified some areas where I think I need to go but would like feedback on where to focus first. Log will be attached. She's gettng around 3 - 9 mbps upload via wifi in the bedroom so I switched her Bitrate to 3000 kbps but OBS was stil dropping it in yellow and red regularly. She's trying to stream at 720p 30fps. Aside from that, the game does take up a lot of system resources so I'm wondering if switching her to an SSD on the laptop could help as well. Any feedback though would be a big help and we'll be happy to try tweaking things.

Thanks!OBS LOG FILE

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but both your hardware and your connection can't support streaming.

From your logs:
20:38:12.929: CPU Name: AMD A6-9225 RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G
20:38:12.929: CPU Speed: 2595MHz
20:38:12.929: Physical Cores: 2, Logical Cores: 2
20:38:12.929: Physical Memory: 7643MB Total, 4976MB Free
20:38:12.929: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 19043 (release: 2009; revision: 1706; 64-bit)
20:38:12.930: Running as administrator: false

21:00:04.697: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 348 (12.1%)

You're trying to stream on a dual core CPU with only 8GB's of RAM without running OBS as Admin. Generally you want to at least be on a desktop system not a notebook, and you would probably need at least 16GB's of RAM, lastly even OBS themselves say don't stream over WiFi. I'm not saying you can't accomplish your goals, but you definitely need to invest in some better hardware, and you'll need to hardwire into the network to stream and game at the same time. Best of luck to you

Neither RAM nor Wifi is insufficient in this case, it's simply the CPU and its integrated GPU is much too weak to achieve any enjoyable streaming. It's as you're trying to drag a railway wagon with a bicycle.

Thanks for the straight forward responses guys! I know I could've upgraded small things here and there but didnt want to start investing in the wrong things. We have a Mac as well with better specs and will try that and send another log this way if needed.

Appreciate you guys!!
