Question / Help Please look at my logs, tell me what my issue is.

So...I have been trying to get back into streaming on Twitch, and have been having a lot of random issues. Lots of dropped frames at different times of the day. This will happen when I am the only one using the internet as well as when everyone in the house is using it.

Other times everything runs super smoothly with no issues, same thing both when I am the only one using the internet and when everyone is on it.

This log file is at 720 but I have had success at times and major issues at times at 1080 as well.
Hopefully someone smarter than me can help me figure this out.

Dropped frames are always a network issue; the joy of the Internet is that 95% of your connection is entirely out of your control, and can (and does) change without you making any alterations. Differences in the network route to the destination server, congestion, outages, transmission errors, all generally fluctuating day to day. So a server partway between you and the ingest server could be having a problem. Your home connection to your ISP could be totally fine, and the issue would still be a network problem.

As you're streaming to Twitch, you can use R1ch's Twitch Test tool to check your connection quality; you want a Quality rating of at least 80, but 100 is preferable. I run it before each of my streams to make sure nothing unexpected is going on.
