Hey guys,

i updated my obs and finally i can record and stream the windows screen (for example any websites, youtube etc). Because before i always had a black screen. I tried really everything (youtube instructions), but nothing worked for me. And now, i can choose the Windows Graphic Captures (Win 10) an it works perfectly!

But my only problem is, how can i hide the mouse cursor? There is no box to choose??

Can anybody help me please?

right-click your source and select 'properties'.

there you will find a check-box called 'capture cursor'

untick it and the mouse-cursor won't be recorded

Thank you for your answer.

I'm already in the properties. Please take a look at the Screenshot i uploaded. There is no check-box called "capture cursor." I know what you mean, the capture cursor is only visible if i choose "Windows 7 or higher" But then it shows me a black screen. If i choose "Windows 10" then it works, there is no black screen. Did you updadet your OBS? This function "Windows 10" is new.

Hiding the cursor when using the new Windows 10 capture method isn't possible yet. A future Windows 10 update will allow this.
