I need help because when I try to record videos with games in them it always says encoding overloaded.

Yep, it's beaten out by older-by-4-years performance-grade computers.

You've got an old motherboard as well, as the best CPU you can upgrade to it is an Intel Q6600, which launched in the beginning of 2007. Also, I'm surprised you can even run OBS with its integrated graphics as it lacks DX11 instructions.
