Guys, I don't know what to do to fix the drops I'm experiencing in bitrate. Here's the log as soon as I started...

Here's the twitch bandwidth test I done instantly after the bitrate was bottomed.

I have no idea what I'm suppose to do, can it be a OBS issue alone? Do I need to switch to a different streaming software?

Try inspector.twitch.tv
You have CBR set with your encoder bitrate setting but live-video.net is enforcing DBR That's what is changing the bitrate You'll have to look into that site's documentation Maybe there is a setting in your account there to use CBR or change OBS to dynamic bitrate
I'm guessing it's causing stream quality issues You didn't mention
