I am new to OBS and I'm not a techy person too but since our church needs to live stream our service I was able to find your software which is very helpful. Please do a test recording of 1-2 minutes, and then with OBS still open, upload the current log file. The logs you posted do not have any output information, so it's not possible to see what issues are present.
