Hi,

I have watched tons of videos on YT re: settings in OBS. Also tried SLOBs but to no avail streams and recordings are still laggy.
Compared my streams to other FB start up streamers who are not yet partners but their streams were way too smoother than mine.

Specs :
Ryzen 7 3700x
X570 Aorus Pro Wifi ATX
Aorus RTX 2070 Super 8GB (Latest NVIDIA Drivers, Clean Installed ver. 451.67)
G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB (16x2) CL16 (XMP Enabled)
850W Seasonic Focus 80+ Gold
512GB ADATA XPG SX8200PNP m.2 NVME
1TB Lexar NM610
1 TB WD Blue

OBS Settings:
Streaming on - Facebook
Base ( Canvas ) - 1920x1080
Output ( Scaled ) - 1920x1080
Downscale Filter - Lanczos
Common FPS Values : 60
Encoder - NVENC (new)
Enforce Streaming service - Unchecked
Rate Control - CBR
Bitrate - 6000 Streaming / 60000 Recording
Preset : Max
Profile : High
Psycho Visual Tuning : Checked
Look Ahead : Unchecked
Process Priority : Tried Normal and Above Normal

Non Partner Stream Comparison : https://www.facebook.com/matheecsgo/videos/411341936427917 (though reso at 720P still the movements and transitions are smooth) I really want to achieve this!!

Log files attached.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCED!!!

1. Preset: Quality, Psycho Visual Tuning: Unchecked
2. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.

See #1. Cap your CS:GO framerate at 144.
3. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about General Performance and Encoding Issues.

CSGO Vsync is turned on. Will try the quality mode.

Weird is the sample video of the one Im comparing is only using 2600x and Palit 1050. Im pretty sure that my hardware is better.

To add, I did already a clean reformat of Windows (installed latest chipset and GPU Drivers, remount the GPU from a riser card to direct mount to the Motherboard.
Also placed OBS, Streamlabs on the same drive of NVME but still got the same results.

If you're not part of Facebook's Level Up program, then stream at 720p 30fps or 1080p 30fps. Try Bilinear for downscale filter.
Can't view the stream. "Sorry, this content isn't available right now. The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in."
