Hi Everybody,

I'm going insane trying to upload a 2 minute video I created in OBS Studio to a Video Course website called Udemy. Every time I upload the video onto their website I keep getting this message:

The video you uploaded does not meet our minimum resolution requirements . All videos must be shot and exported in high definition (HD) 720p (1280 x 720) or higher. If you recorded your videos in HD we suggest checking your export settings to make sure they are correct and then reupload. If you did not record in HD you will need to re-record this video.

They have also given me these instuctions:

Optimal Export Settings For Videos Recorded in 720p HD

  • Adjust video compression format to H.264 or MPEG-4
  • Data Rate/Bit Rate: 3000 kbits/seconds
  • 16:9 Aspect Ratio
  • Dimensions: 1280x720
  • For frame rate, we recommend different settings depending on the lecture format:
    • Frame rate for screencast videos: 10 Frames Per Second (10 FPS)
    • Frame rate for talking head videos: 30 Frames Per Second (30 FPS)

Optimal Export Settings For Videos Recorded in 1080p HD

  • Adjust video compression format to H.264 or MPEG-4
  • Data Rate/Bit Rate: 3000- 5000 kbits/seconds
  • 16:9 Aspect Ratio
  • Dimensions: 1920x1080
  • For frame rate, we recommend different settings depending on the lecture format:
Currently my Base Resolution is set to 1280 x 720 and my Output resolution is set to 908 x 512. Also my frame rate is set at 10 Frames as I have created a screencast video as per their instructions. Also my Date Rate/Bit Rateus set at 3000.

PLEASE can somebody help me, I dont know what else I need to change for them to accept my video. Any help would be so appreciated.

Thanks

Kyron
