Question / Help PLEASE HELP! Sudden terrible bitrate while i have 17mps upload

i have been able to stream at max 3500 bitrate and 2500 on twitch for the last couple of day but all of a sudden my bitrate has been all over the place and being too unstable to actually stream.i have attached logs from the 18th when i was able to stream at my best and log from the 21 is my latest attemp to stream. please help me as i cannot actually stream.
