Question / Help PLEASE HELP STREAMING ISSUE

So I've never had this happen before but when I stream now, the pixels and the colors in the video all mash up and move everywhere when I run around, when I stay in one place it gets a tad better but it's preventing me from streaming. Could someone come see what I'm talking about and maybe help me fix it? i have a screenshot to show you or i could show you on stream please help me fix this asap

Post a log file from your most recent streaming session, as it requests when you open a new Support thread.
That's textbook not-enough-bitrate behavior though.

Also, don't bold your entire message. It's more annoying than anything else.
