Please help! Sony SRG ptz 300h won't connect to our pc

Hi All,

I have a Sony SRG PTZ 300h for our establishment and we are trying to connect to our pc using OBS.

All that is appearing at the moment is a blank black screen. We have a video capture card also that we are using hence it's HDMI to usb to the pc.

There is no Web UI for this model.

Any advice on how to connect the camera to the pc using OBS software and getting rid of the black screen would be appreciated.
