Please help! Problem with dazzle dvc100 recording vhs to pc.

Hello all,
First off i apologize for my bad english.
I have this problem with my dazzle dvc100 where i record and manage to get video and sound but somehow if i open the captured file there is no audio. How can i fix this issue? I´m on Windows 10 Home using obs. Including screenshots of my settings. Would be very thankful if we can solve this problem. My log data = https://obsproject.com/logs/q8ZBptlotfrRh1Qd.

Unfortunately didn´t solve my issue :/ I´m thinking of faulty driver for my dazzle dvc100

- The latest Dazzle DVC-100 driver for windows fixes stability issues, but disables audio capture over the device, so I had to use an alternate audio capture source using the DVC-100. Adding an alternate audio capture source is covered in the Troubleshooting section of the video.

I just downloaded OBS Studio today and had the same problem ... no audio coming through from the Dazzle DVC100. The above video provided a solution for me. I followed all his suggestions in tweaking the settings and then in the final Troubleshooting section he made a suggestion that worked for me. I just bypassed the Dazzle with the audio lines directly into the computer. I had no audio line in but I had a microphone input. So a 2xRCA to mini stereo cable and 2 RCA female/female adaptors from my "junk box". (I used to work for an AV company ... never throw anything out!) Then in OBS I added a new Source and selected Audio Input Capture and then selected the front microphone input and bingo ... I now have a working audio input capture in the Audio Mixer and a test video has recorded the audio. (A friend asked me to convert a box of old VHS tapes to video for her and my 2008 software was giving crappy results!)
