Question / Help Please Help OBS Studio

Hello everyone I've been trying to stream some games from my computer but whenever I stream I drop fps every 5-10 seconds which makes the game unplayable. (Clip of that https://clips.twitch.tv/AmericanNeighborlyMeerkatBCWarrior)
My current system has a i7 4790k, 16gb of Ram, and a GTX 1070. If anyone has any suggestions it would be awesome thank you :).

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Your CPU can't handle 1080p 60fps at the same time as Overwatch. Make sure you're capping FPS in the game, or you'll need to turn down the resolution/FPS in OBS.

I love you thank you, another question would they be a way to fix these graphics they seem to be blurry what would you suggest to fix this? https://www.twitch.tv/videos/133475246

...right, because you're overloading your GPU.

Turn the resolution'fps down. 2500 bitrate is enough for 720p 30fps

In OBS it looks really good though only on twitch it goes blurry do you still think it could be my gpu?.Also lowered my resolution and capped my fps to 60fps

You are overloading your GPU. The preview does not reflect the final output. Please try what I have suggested.
