please help obs keeps crashing mid stream

PLEASE HELP OBS KEEPS CRASHING MID STREAM

The first crash happens on a browser source or custom dock, and the second crash is on the GPU driver. This use to be due to a plugin, or script. Completely remove it.

A log file from the moment it crashes is also helpful.
A means one, not 734234 log files.

also i have a few different plug ins and browser docks is there anyway to know what one is causing the crash.

Your PC run out of resources, so breakpoint reached. You can monitor RAM usage in the Task Manager. If OBS cannot allocate memory for a new frame of the video source then it cannot complete its main job. You may try to simplify the scenes.
