please help obs keeps crashing mid stream

PLEASE HELP OBS KEEPS CRASHING MID STREAM

The first crash happens on a browser source or custom dock, and the second crash is on the GPU driver. This use to be due to a plugin, or script. Completely remove it.

A log file from the moment it crashes is also helpful.
A means one, not 734234 log files.

also i have a few different plug ins and browser docks is there anyway to know what one is causing the crash.
