Question / Help PLEASE HELP!! NEED BEST SETTINGS FOR MY TWITCH STREAM! quality is clear but tends to lag

***If ANYONE can help and hook me up with what would be the best settings (fps, bitrate, resolution, encoding, ect.) for live streaming on twitch PLEASE HELP!!!**

I currently just uninstalled and then reinstalled "OBS Studio" to refresh all settings, because i tweaked them and maybe messed something up. I figured best to reinstall and use preset settings then adjust from there vs trying to undo what I've changed.

Also this.

Be aware that as a non-partnered streamer you might want to avoid high bitrates to not scare away viewers.
Non partnered streamers do not get transcode options client side (actually they do, but they get it dynamically and you might never see transcodes until you get steady ~100 viewers or large raids/hosts) and viewers might end up with a buffering stream; a lower quality stream in terms of bitrate is better than a buffering unwatchable high quality stream.
