So this has been an issue for a few months now. And im trying not to give up hope
My download speed is 330 and my upload speed is 33
CPU I7 6700K
GPU 2x GTX 1070 SLI
32GB DDR4 Ram
Everytime i stream obs shows my dropped frames and when i watch my stream i notice every few minutes there is a stutter for a few seconds. But the lag that shows on the stream i dont see it on my screen in game nor do i see it in the obs preview but obs does tell me there is dropped frames. Ive tried lowering all my settings. Capping my obs to 30 fps, everything. Someone please help me when you can. I will respond as fast as i can for i am in the US Air Force so sometimes after work im too worn out to get online and check for a response. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you for the support.
