hey, my internet speed is 500-600MB download and 50-90MB upload on my server however we don't have a twitch server so I speed test on France Marseille and I got 200MB download and 50Mb upload, when I stream I drop frames, I tried all types of bitrates 2000-4500 I did everything I even formatted my computer and still. I have a 5G internet btw I downloaded avast and still the same problem so please someone help mE!

Unfortunately wireless connections (both wifi and 5G) are VERY bad at maintaining constant throughput.
Sites like speedtest.net are worthless for livestreamers. They test the PEAK speed, not the MINIMUM CONSTANT speed that streaming relies on.
Download R1ch's Twitch Test application and run it. You want to use a server with a Quality score of at least 90, preferably 100. There is nothing OBS can do to fix this, it's a problem with your connection to the server.
