Question / Help Please help me configuring OBS, specs included

Hello everyone,

I have been experimenting with OBS for quite a few days now, though I find it very hard to come up with the right settings for proper streaming and video recording. I have checked youtube videos and guides online and tried different settings, and nothing works in the sense that my streams and recordings are all laggy.

My Twitch channel is the following, click on any video to verify what I mean

My pc system is not the greatest, however it isn't that bad either.

Ok, the one attached here should be the right one...

Change your streaming encoder back to x264, you're severely overloading your video card.

I changed the encoder to x264 and used the Output settings included in the attachment.
All the other settings (The ones included in the screenshots I posted above) are the same.

Unfortunately, there is still a lot of lag and stuttering

Not sure why OBS is acting up when clicking on Help -> Log files -> Upload last log files

Anyway, I included the log files which feature today's stream, when the latter happened.

"Last log" is from the last launch of the program, not the last "start streaming"

You're overloading your video card and main processor pretty badly. Are you capping the FPS of your games?

No. I am not capping them at all...

It usually happens with the game's own settings.
