I am in desperate need of help with this issue. tears have been shed atp and im beyond over it. Monday Aug 25. 2025 I became affiliate on Twitch, I wasnt aware that I only needed to set up one alert box at the time so i created individual alert boxes for different events (subs, cheers, follows etc.) when I was informed I didnt need them to all be separate I corrected the issue just editing my first (follow alert) box to make everything appeared there. that issue is solved.

HOWEVER

after this was done on my next stream 2 days later I wasnt getting any alerts at all during my stream. Even for follows which were previously working just fine. below ill make a list of the things I notice and also the things i have tried to correct this issue.

WHAT I NOTICE:
1. My alert box is not updating even with emulated events through SE
2. When I emulate an event through SE it will not appear in my OBS window on my scenes, it WILL NOT show in my activity feed
3. When I emulate and event through OBS (not through the activity feed) through the SE tab event emulator the event will play on my OBS and in my SE it WILL show in my activity feed.

WHAT IVE DONE SO FAR:
1. Logged out and back in to SE via OBS
2. Disconnected my twitch from SE and reconnected
3. Checked for updates in OBS (there wasnt one)
4. Updated the saved version of the corrected alert box
5. Deleted the old alert box source and made a new one adding the updated browser source
6. Refreshed the cache of current page button at the bottom of the Properties window
7. Found the "Sources" section and unchecked Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration
8. Ensured my alerts are no paused on SE dashboard
9. Ensured "Unlimited Moderation Delay" is disabled in OBS settings
10. Using google chrome for all urls
11. Disabled my ad blocker
12. Ensured im using the "stable" SE.Live version
13. Fiddled with the placement of the browser source (very top of sources) and resolution (currently 1920x1080)
