So if i understood this right. OBS was working fine before you updated windows. After you updated windows it was laggy.

i dont know a lot about OBS but an ez fix is often to run OBS as administrator

hoped this helped if not i suggest you go on youtube and search for: fix obs lag, or something like that

No OBS was still lagging, before Windows 10 Update.or not even registering my Xbox 1x movements. Even before I tried recording anything. And before windows 10 updated. I have visual.

1. Using Windows Update, updating to Windows 10 2004 or 2009 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Update your GPU drivers per
21:42:17.276: [AMF] The detected AMF runtime is too old, please update your drivers.
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
E260MV (NVIDIA High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
Microphone (4- WEB CAM): 16000 Hz
4. Run OBS as admin
5. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
