I think it is very similar to the:

Statistics are run instead of OBS

When I installed OBS studio and launched it, instead of the program, I opened only statistics. I've tried reinstalling, watched various videos, but nothing helps

Use Windows tray icon (hidden by default near the clock) to access OBS and find and then make unchecked Open stats dialog on startup in OBS Settings (and, of course, make sure that Minimize to system tray when started unchecked too).
