So I haven't changed anything in game or on OBS and yet ever since the new update I went from 30 fps to like 12Fps now. I am streaming CS:GO I'm confused. PLEASE HELP I now can't stream anything:/

Can you post a link to your log file? You can get it via the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload Last Log File. Then just include the link in a reply here.

Just so you know, code for things like encoding, capturing, and rendering haven't really changed in 19 at all. The AMD hardware encoder is the only real exception, but other than that not much else has changed in terms of capturing/encoding/rendering.

Yes I am aware of that. That's precisely why it worried me so much that one day I can stream all my games at the settings I have, the next if I open the game & click into the window it drops to half frames before I do ANYTHING...:/ I will happily upload a log file when I'm out of work also not sure if it's anything but half the time when I click stop streaming or close it now it says "oh no, obs has crashed"

You had an "Oops, OBS has crashed" message? If you could, could you copy that to clipboard, then submit it to pastebin.com, and then link the page it generates here?

Holy crap I fixed it! It took some doing but it's more of personal ways with me because not everyone has the same monitors and such as me but all I had to do was make my bigger monitor the default instead of my 1080 my bigger 720 somehow made it run smoother also (this one works for everyone) make your obs video playback SMALL the smallest you can. You don't need to be able to see it and when you make it tiny you make take stress of your video card & CPU
