Question / Help Please help, game crashes when trying to adjust OBS

When I stream and play any game, if i make any adjustment even just opening the OBS software it crashes and game.. im not sure whats going on i tried to reinstall it and still no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. That's the log that generated when my game crashed, im not too sure. maybe its not OBS but its happening on every single game. OBS continues to run but I just have to restart the game every single time i want to change the scene on every single game.
 
That probably means you have other software also hooking the game.

Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.
