Please Help Encoding Lag!

I have no idea what is going on but I'm getting huge encoding lag that fixes itself when I restart obs but does it sporadically. I have streamed for 7hrs and not had this problem once like 3 days ago but theres some days where i cant have stream up longer than 10 minutes. I run as admn and have good of a computer to stream. I stream dead by daylight with a AMD Radeon RX 5700 gpu and AMD ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor.

try messing with your process priority (in advanced tab)
set preset to Max Performance (there is no visual difference)
if you don't have things you need to mess with whiles streaming disable your preview
