Hi. So, I have a perrty good PC:

-Processor: Intel I7-6700
-RAM: 8GB Hyperx Fury
-GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 970
-Motherboard: MSI Krait Gaming 3x
-SSD: Kingston SSDNow 240GB
-SSHD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB

I want to stream Owerwatch, with the following settings: http://puu.sh/wsypk/fb25ccf6ef.png

Without streaming, I have around 200 fps in game, with only 6-7ms input lag. Even if im recording in 50000 bitrate CBR, I have only 10-15 less fps. But when I'm trying to stream, I only have 60-70 fps wih 20+ ms input lag which is horrible. I tried x264 too, but then my processor is on full load constantly, and my game and the stream lags too. Any advice?

And btw after I try to stream and stop it, my game fps doesn't want to go back, it sticks between 100-120 with like 14-16 ms input lag, and I need to restart the game for it to work properly. I really don't know what am I doing wrong.

That's the xbox app's gamedvr, not gaming mode in windows' settings.

And if it's not, I can't tell because of the language settings in the screenshots.

Looks like it's probably something antivirus then with all the gaming mode stuff turned off in windows.
