Hello, I'm trying to record gameplay on a second computer, but the recording is laggy and of poor quality.

The laptop I use for recording has:
CPU: i5-7200U
8GB DDR4
R5 M430 2GB
240GB SSD

I am also uploading the last log file.

Please someone help me with the correct settings!

Your USB capture device is having issues. There are communication errors in the log. It's probably not the encoding that's making the laggy/poor quality. Make sure you use a proper USB cable and it's plugged into a proper USB port with enough USB bandwidth.

You can use USB 3.0 on 2.0 but isn't gonna be enough bandwidth. You should use correct USB Ports and test again.

It has a blue plug according to that picture, so it's a USB 3 device per spec. Plug it into a blue USB port on your computer to match an USB 3 device with a USB 3 port. A USB 3 device plugged into a USB 2 port will produce exactly the issues you're having in your log, and I trust a log more than your computer device disassembling abilities, to be honest. So I would definitely say you've plugged the device into the wrong port.

Thanks for the comment... i tried on all usb ports same result. The device was ordered from a Chinese site, and I am a service technician ;) I know how to work with a multimeter ;)

What device would you recommend I buy?
