Please fix hotkeys so they always work. It shouldn't matter what I've clicked in the interface, hotkeys should still work.

You mean, when OBS Studio focused?

Moved this to feedback, we have heard this complaint a handful of times but it is currently working as intended.

Running OBS as admin help alleviate some of these issues (assuming it's in part hotkeys not working when OBS is not in focus).
