If the stutter persists, use 72Hz if supported by your monitor.

First, your CPU is overloaded, causing a fair amount of skipped frames. Second, your GPU is near capacity, which is causing the small amount of lagged frames.
This is looking like your PC simply can't keep up with playing the game at 144fps and stream/recording at the same time. This isn't very surprising as your hardware is a bit dated, and the i5 you're using isn't great for playing games/streaming from the same machine.

I was planning on buying a 144hz monitor to improve my performance in games. Seems like my PC won't be able to handle playing the game at 144 fps and streaming it at 30 fps in that case.
If i can with this hardware, help would be welcome, if not. Please shatter my tiny dreams. :)

Probably not. Your CPU isn't exactly all that great either, and from the logs it's already overloaded as well. It's an i5 and a bit dated. Overwatch is a decently harsh game on both CPU and GPU, which makes streaming from the same PC you're playing on difficult at best.
