Question / Help Playing media sources (video clips)

Hi,

I am trying to get OBS multiplatform to play video clips that I have entered as media sources... It will show the clip on cue but won't play it... is there anything I am doing wrong? or that I should be doing but am not?

The video clip will actually start playing the instant it's added to OBS or the instant OBS loads (currently). It's probably already played once when you show it.

Having the same problem in OBS MP. I can get OBS to play the clip but with massive frame drops. Tried mov and mp4

I have the same problem. I tried to play some videos as media sources. I tried with mov,mp4 and avi. None of them worked. I have K-lite mega codec pack installed.

I had this issue and then just encoded my stuff to h264 with a youtube friendly setting and now my video media sources work fine.
