Okay.... so I've searched the forum. Unable to find what I'm looking for.
I'm using OBS to record a video for future upload. I'm not live streaming.
Problem: I have sourced a video another guitar player has made and uploaded to dropbox. I open that video with windows media player and source it. I have audio for both the video and my audio.
My scene is my webcam showing me playing bass with a window of the prerecorded video. I want to record myself playing along with the guitar player.
As I record, video and audio appear to be sync'd. When I view the completed recording, our audio tracks are not sync'd
Can I do what I am trying to do with OBS? I've tried various configurations of audio track manipulation with no success. Can someone point me in the right direction or confirm that I cannot do what I am trying to do?
