Question / Help Playback controls on embeded videos?

Hi, Im using the media source to embed videos but I need playback controls. Reading old threads noticed that some recommend to use VLC sources, but im using OBS 20.0.1 on win7 and this option is gone.
Is there a way to do it?

update your OBS Studio and install VLC Player (v2.2.8), use 64-bit VLC with obs64.exe only (http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/2.2.8/win64/).
