Playback and vocals thru OBS

Hello.

I've tried every guide there is and I can not get this to work. Hopefully someone can help.

I am planning to do a streaming "concert" and want to play my backing tracks from my daw (cubase) and stream my vocals witch are connected to my audio interface. Preferably I want some plugins as reverb and compressor on my vocals also.

I got my camera set up and got the audio from daw to obs with soundflower but I can not get obs to get signal from my mic. If I audition the mic from cubase it there but then I have tons of latency.

Can anyone guide me on the right path here?
Thank you!

Not sure if you have an answer to this one yet, but this might help.

I use Loopback (https://rogueamoeba.com/) and NDI Virtual Input (https://www.newtek.com/) to route application output into ODS for streaming to any destination.

I'm routing my DAW (Garageband or Logic) as well as a MIDI Player and a Soundboard which all become input sources in ODS.

I played around with a number of the free routing apps out there but they were buggy or awkward to configure. Loopback is very professional and easy to use.

NDI virtual Input is part of the free NDI Tools. Install NewTekNDIHXDriverForMasOC and NewTekDNIToolsForMacOS from the Tools download. There's a guy on YouTube with a nice tutorial on how to use these tools.
