I recently upgraded to a 5900X and somehow it streams worse than my old 7600k.
At this point it feels like I've tried just about every single setting combination to almost no visible difference.

I've tried CPU encoding for the stream, it mostly resolves the ghosting (pixels that don't update at all for long periods of time), but it is still distorting.
No dropped frames, local recordings don't exactly look great but they're not terrible.
I'm pretty sure I've seen people streaming with lower PC power and not having these issues.
