Question / Help Pixelation problem while streaming Football manager 2020

Hello, fellow community!

I have one of a kind problem I guess. Recently I decided to stream FM20, my long love.

I'm experiencing awful pixelation even if I'm not doing anything and if I play a match in 3d it gets even worse.
While playing matches it becomes even worse.

Here are some screenshots of the settings and actual stream.

BTW I'm streaming on a laptop with these specs
I79750H processor
1650 GTX card
16 GB of Ram

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.
