My stream is pixelating in every single game i'm playing, in same time my brother who lives in different house can stream without any issue.

Gaming PC
2 GPU'S:
For gaming: GTX 1080
For encoding: GTX 1070
CPU: I7 7700K
upload/download: 1gb
ping: 1
Stream looks beautiful, but as soon as i started to move in game not even fighting but just running in pubg,rust, apex,cod the stream began to tear/pixelated/blurry. not unwatchable.
I really don't know what's the issue.
